What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise Agile delivery where I can run Release Trains, improve team maturity, manage complex dependencies, and help distributed teams deliver reliable releases. I'm also keen to apply AI-assisted facilitation and reporting in Scrum workflows.

At FICO, I run the DMP product area's Release Train end-to-end, delivering the NextGen Platform's first GA and IAM Migration Phase 3 across distributed teams. I turn PI plans and roadmaps into sprint commitments, manage dependencies in Jira, and remove blockers before they affect releases.

Previously at Micro Focus, I coached enterprise teams from waterfall-influenced delivery to consistent Scrum practice, improving velocity and sprint predictability. I'm a SAFe-certified Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer who uses disciplined ceremonies, clear risk reporting, and practical Agile coaching to keep delivery moving.
