I am a 35-year-old femaleCommunications, Marketing, and Salesperson with 10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing; 4 years’ experience in Corporate Communications and Marketing, Research with Monitoring and Evaluation. My interest and ways of working are based on awareness creation, collaboration, and capacity strengthening through psychosocial tools. I am a conscientious and creative community activist committed to active participation in bringing about the change I want to see. Extensive experience in social enterprising with a focus on marketing, communications, and sales. I have analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills. My professional motivation is firmly rooted in my passion for fairness, accountability, mutu who has been working for a little over 10 years in Sales & Marketing, within small businesses, NGOs and Corporate organisations. Through the key roles listed in my resume, I had collaborated with local markets to increase visibility and drive sales for a client portfolio which I had over doubled from 1,2 million to 2.6 million Namibian Dollars by 2017 at Namibia

Media Holdings(NMH). But my proudest memories are from witnessing the impact of my community projects on its members. With no job opportunities in my field, in Oranjemund since 2018, I started operating my own business by providing diverse communication and marketing services to clients self-sourced.
