I build electromechanical hardware from concept through high-volume production.

I've designed electromechanical products from concept through production, including an NFC payment ring, haptic wearables, aerospace fuel-metering hardware, and high-volume medical devices.

At Parker Hannifin, I led mechanical design for a next-generation gas-turbine fuel metering valve, reducing mass by 40% to 50 lbs and redesigning 12+ parts to reduce machining cost. I also created assembly fixtures supporting 50+ units per shift at 99%+ yield and authored manufacturing documentation for transfer to multiple production sites.

At Thermo Fisher Scientific and RenyMed, I built rapid-prototyping and automation capability, qualified production equipment, and improved medical-device throughput through semi-automated processes, laser welding, and robotic handling. I work hands-on across CAD, PCB design, machining, 3D printing, injection molding, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing automation.
