I’m looking to lead production-grade AI/ML and MLOps that ships measurable impact—using agents, deep learning, and LLM/RAG—while building teams that take models from concept to live reliability.

I’m a Director of AI & ML and Machine Learning Engineer with 11 years specializing in production machine learning systems and 20+ years in software engineering. I focus on designing, training, and operationalizing models at scale with outcomes you can measure.

I’ve built end-to-end MLOps platforms and led high-performing data science teams—moving work from R&D into live deployment. I thrive on creating pipelines, model registries, and workflows that reduce deployment friction, round-trip time, and compute costs.

Recently, I designed intelligent automation using AI agents, knowledge graphs, and integrations—such as a Neo4j-powered Technician Recommendation Engine, Salesforce record automation from unstructured work orders, and conversational Voice AI agents that materially reduced call center volume. I also automated billing integrations to accelerate revenue recognition and reduce errors.

I’m especially passionate about applying the latest techniques—including AI agents, deep learning, LLMs, and RAG—to solve complex, real-world problems. From Transformers and anomaly detection to RAG over system logs, I build solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and business performance.
