I review submissions and CVs carefully to identify candidates who meet each destination’s eligibility requirements and job criteria.

In my day-to-day work, I shortlist suitable candidates and align their profiles with relevant hospitality roles while ensuring compliance with both organizational standards and destination-country regulations. I guide candidates through every step of the recruitment journey by providing clear communication, personalized assistance, and ongoing support.

I also manage interview scheduling and coordination to keep the hiring process smooth and efficient for candidates. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, I use active listening and problem resolution to ensure effective complaint handling and conflict resolution.
