Shauna van Rooyen

I’m a casual sales assistant with hands-on experience supporting customers in retail environments. I take pride in providing attentive, professional customer service while staying helpful, calm, and solution-focused at the store floor.

I’ve worked as a casual sales assistant at Truworths (June 2023) and Clothing Junction (December 2023). These roles strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with a team, and keep service consistent during busy customer periods.

I’m also building my business foundation through a Business Management course (NQF level 4), currently awaiting certification, from April 2025 to April 2026. With fluently spoken English and Afrikaans, I aim to grow into a more skilled, customer-driven retail professional who contributes positively to daily store success.
