I've led quality assurance for MyFICO at FICO and e-commerce products at eBay, helping deliver reliable consumer-facing releases across web, mobile, and backend services.
At FICO, I developed manual and automated test strategies for registration, authentication, subscription management, and payment processing. I performed end-to-end, functional, regression, smoke, REST API, SQL validation, accessibility, and post-release monitoring using Datadog and Sumo Logic.
At eBay, I tested complex Java-based buying, shipping, checkout, and eBay-PayPal integration workflows. I expanded automation and CI efficiency with Selenium WebDriver/Grid, TestNG, and CI/CD jobs while improving cross-browser, cross-platform, and accessibility coverage.
