I've supported a family business in Nepal by coordinating daily operations with customers and suppliers, responding to inquiries, and following up on product and delivery requirements.

I also assisted with business records, inventory organization, order coordination, and operational communication. This hands-on work strengthened my customer relationship management, communication, teamwork, and ability to work across office and field environments.

Through a certified two-month internship associated with CG Motors, I gained introductory exposure to dealership operations and professional workplace practices.
