I'm seeking a responsible role in a growth-oriented, professional environment where I can use service operations, data analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.

At FIS in Kolkata, I manage service operations for core banking profiles, including Web CSR, Web Teller, Web Admin, and Linux server log support. I create and track incidents, service requests, cases, and PRE-UAT change requests.

I use Advanced Excel and MIS reporting to manage dashboards, scorecards, shift rotas, IT tracking, bug-fix details, SLA data, and monthly, quarterly, and annual audit records.
