At GlobalLogic India Ltd (Hitachi Group), I lead delivery assurance across complex global engagements, overseeing delivery health, quality, risks, dependencies, governance and customer commitments. I also established and govern an enterprise QMS aligned with CMMI and ISO.
I implemented the Generative AI Assessment & Metrics Framework globally and lead AI for QA and QA for AI initiatives. My work includes defining AI quality and adoption measures, executive dashboards, and GenAI-enabled delivery assurance practices.
I lead organization-level CMMI process improvement and the Software Engineering Process Group, while defining SDLC models and tailoring guidance across Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall environments. I also lead the Agile Center of Excellence and support teams with Agile coaching, maturity assessments and governance.
Earlier, at Fiserv India Ltd, I implemented and governed CMMI Dev & SVC, ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 across financial-domain engagements. At HCL Technologies and CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), Noida, I worked on audits, delivery risk reporting, metrics and quality compliance.
