At Clean & Green Services, I resolved customer inquiries about mechanical and non-mechanical vehicle breakdowns and dispatched mechanics for roadside assistance. I helped keep drivers and service technicians connected while supporting customers during stressful situations.

At Dataplus, I transcribed Dutch and English audio and contributed to data annotation projects that supported machine learning model development. I’m eager to gain more work experience, develop new skills, and grow professionally, and I welcome training and constructive feedback.
