What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my AML/KYC, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and team-quality oversight experience in a regulated iGaming, betting, or financial crime compliance environment.

I've spent over 12 years conducting AML/KYC reviews, customer risk assessments, and fraud detection in high-volume iGaming and online betting environments.

At Bet Time in Yerevan, I led customer service teams while performing manual KYC/AML verification for onboarding and withdrawals. I reviewed identity documents, monitored transfers, identified suspicious behavioral patterns, and escalated high-risk cases under AML procedures.

Previously, as a Senior Customer Service Agent at Bet Time and a Customer Service Agent at Cannonbet, I handled enhanced KYC reviews for casino and sportsbook accounts, assessed transaction legitimacy, and classified customers by risk.

My PhD in Medical Science strengthens my attention to detail, data integrity, and ethical information handling. I work fluently in English and natively in Armenian and Persian.
