I founded Bounties of Charm, an online cosmetics and skincare retail business, where I manage product sourcing, inventory, customer service, financial planning, and marketing. I increased sales by 50% in the first year, expanded the product line from 10 to 50 items, and grew the customer base to more than 5,000 clients within two years.

I also design and maintain the company website, creating content, improving SEO, and strengthening user experience. Alongside my business work, I have contributed to legal research and right-to-information initiatives at Independent University, Bangladesh.
