I’m a Football Equipment Manager with a proven track record in Division I athletics, leading large-scale equipment operations, budgeting, logistics, and staff leadership. In my current role, I manage the full lifecycle of protective equipment to ensure safety compliance and performance optimization.

I’ve implemented workflow improvements like a digital inventory tracking system that improved asset visibility and operational efficiency. I also coordinate transportation and game-day setups, directing locker room and sideline execution to keep home and away events running smoothly.

Previously, at the University of Nevada—Reno, I managed equipment operations across multiple Division I programs, including football, baseball, and tennis. I oversaw purchasing and inventory systems for cost efficiency, directed daily football practice and game readiness, and collaborated with coaching staff on uniform and helmet design initiatives.

I’ve stepped into broader leadership as an Interim Director of Equipment Operations, overseeing equipment operations for 16 varsity programs during a leadership transition. I’ve supervised student managers, supported recruiting and facility operations, and built strong relationships across coaches, vendors, and athletic departments to deliver high-performance environments.
