I am a dedicated Field Service Engineer with seven years of hands-on experience maintaining, repairing, and installing ATM and related financial equipment. I reliably perform preventive maintenance, complex troubleshooting, and component replacements to minimise downtime and ensure service continuity.

In my most recent roles I worked as First and Second Level Maintenance Engineer supporting NCR, Diebold Nixdorf and Hitachi ATM models, delivering timely triage and resolving many out-of-service incidents within target timeframes. I have experience with RM3 hardware, HDD staging/replacement, network connectivity troubleshooting, and spare-part management.

Earlier in my career I served as a maintenance and electrical technician where I conducted root-cause analysis, performed corrective actions, collaborated on equipment installation and commissioning, and managed parts inventory. I consistently apply strong time-management and technical troubleshooting skills to reduce repeat failures and improve equipment reliability.

I hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, RM3 certification from Diebold Nixdorf, and a Singapore Class 3 driving licence. I communicate effectively in English and Tamil and prioritise safety, accuracy, and rapid resolution in field service environments.
