I've spent 13+ years at Ericsson delivering cloud-native, hybrid, and telecom infrastructure projects across Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. I integrate Ericsson Network Manager and OSS/BSS systems into customer environments while supporting telecom-grade availability and performance.
For Maxis Malaysia, I deployed ENM applications across AWS EC2 and EKS while preserving secure on-premises data residency. For Robi Axiata, I led ENM integration on Ericsson NFVI and built automated upgrade pipelines with Prometheus and Grafana monitoring.
I've also delivered hybrid-cloud transformation work for Azercell, decommissioning legacy OSS-RC, ENIQ, and Veritas NetBackup systems and installing ENM across customer datacenter and AWS infrastructure.
I automate infrastructure and operations with Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitLab, Python, and Bash, and work with global NOCs to resolve critical deployment and performance issues. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Full Stack Software Developer and Java Instructor.
