I am a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Professional with over 10 years of experience providing therapeutic services in crisis intervention, trauma recovery, family transitions, and conflict resolution. My expertise lies in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I am adept at developing personalized treatment plans, conducting psychosocial assessments, and utilizing evidence-based interventions to support my clients' mental health journeys.

Throughout my career, I have delivered community-based mental health services to adults with severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder as well as those of all ages woth a plethora of diagnoses. My role as a Mental Health Clinician on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team at Diversus Health involved collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated wraparound care. I have also worked in various capacities, including patient services and technical support, where I honed my skills in crisis stabilization and medication compliance.

My educational background includes a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
