What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead guest services and reservation operations, train staff, support group programming, and deliver organized, responsive customer experiences.

At UNC Morehead Planetarium, I coordinate intake and booking for field trips, private shows, and off-site school programs while managing guest relations and reservations staff.

I hire, schedule, and train part-time employees across multiple positions, oversee group scholarship eligibility and expenses, and handle invoicing and payments for reservations.

My museum experience also includes building group reservation pipelines, supporting registrations and memberships, processing daily sales, coordinating guest communications, and assisting with events, front-desk operations, and emergency coordination.
