I'm pursuing a BBA in Human Resource Management at Alard University, Pune, with a CGPA of 8.3.

I've completed a 15-day mini field project in social development, where I conducted awareness sessions in rural communities, engaged local residents to understand their needs, and promoted sustainable development practices and teamwork.

I've taken on campus leadership and coordination responsibilities as PR Lead for Persona Club and Coordinator for the ASBM Training & Placement Office, Next Gen, and Fusion. I have also volunteered with Aetheron.

I'm building practical HR and workplace skills through certifications in AI fundamentals, soft skills, HR job simulation, data analytics, communication, and CV development. I bring communication, leadership, teamwork, active listening, adaptability, and time management to an entry-level HR role.
