I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant or customer support role where I can manage inbound inquiries and emails, handle data entry accurately, and keep communications professional—while continuing to grow through structured training.

I’m a customer-focused professional with 2.5 years of inbound customer service experience, bringing strong English communication and a careful, service-first approach to every interaction.

In my role as a Customer Service Executive, I handled inbound calls, assisted customers with billing queries, and maintained professional communication throughout each engagement.

I’m currently training for Virtual Assistant roles and strengthening my toolkit across email management, data entry, business communication, and productivity tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva, with support from ChatGPT.
