I’m a detail-oriented IT professional transitioning into Business Analysis, with hands-on experience in software implementation, survey programming, and web development. I bring expertise in ASP.NET and SQL, along with payroll systems (UKG, Inova), and I focus on bridging technical solutions with business needs through requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and process optimization.

In my current role as a Software Implementor, I implement Inova Payroll and support UKG Payroll to ensure compliance and optimized workflows, and I automate reporting using Excel Macros. I’ve also worked on Virtual Logger call count applications and built GIS tracking workflows by matching 911 and GIS datasets to identify missing streets for accurate payroll data integration, collaborating with stakeholders to identify process gaps and propose improvements.
