I've developed bioanalytical and DMPK evidence at Genentech and Boehringer Ingelheim, building immunoaffinity LC-MS/MS assays for biotherapeutic pharmacokinetics and investigating CYP2C regulation, drug-drug interactions, and hepatocyte models.
In my Pharmaceutical Sciences PhD research at Texas Southern University, I lead preclinical development of a multi-layered oral drug-delivery platform and generate translational PK, metabolism, and UGT interaction data. I've authored five peer-reviewed publications, presented at national scientific meetings, and translate complex findings into clear summaries for multidisciplinary audiences.

Developed and optimized immunoaffinity LC-MS/MS assays for biotherapeutic protein pharmacokinetics across multiple species. Operated triple quadrupole MS and high-resolution MSn instruments, troubleshooting assay sensitivity and performance.
Designed and executed in vitro drug-drug interaction studies investigating CYP2C enzyme regulation and induction. Assessed novel hepatocyte platforms for predicting human drug metabolism and quantified enzyme activity using LC-MS/MS and RT-qPCR.
