I'm currently an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express Jersey, overseeing daily operations, customer service, health and safety compliance, and support for strategic decision-making.

I've trained and mentored new staff, monitored performance, and helped create collaborative teams that improve productivity and morale. My background also includes reception and dental nursing at La Retraite Dental Care, where I managed appointments, patient records, billing, and front-desk communication.

Previously, I managed procurement and supplier relationships at SystemLabs and supported business development through CRM and client feedback analysis. I also bring hands-on hospitality, food service, children’s activity coordination, inventory, and customer service experience from Merton Hotel, CI Co-op Food, and Burger King.
