What I'm looking for

I’m ready to re-enter People Operations, with a renewed focus on HR administration, employee experience, and operational excellence.

At Ogier, I provided People Operations and administrative support for reward and employee value proposition initiatives across global jurisdictions. I supported benefits renewals and annual salary, bonus, and promotion cycles.

I maintained employee records and people data in Natural HR, and produced management information, HR reports, and KPI analysis. I also updated reward and EVP documentation and identified opportunities to improve HR processes.

After a planned career break to raise my young son and complete CIPD Level 5 in People Management, I’m ready to return to People Operations. I’m bringing refreshed HR knowledge and practical skills, with a focus on HR administration and employee experience.
