What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work where I can use my experience devising solutions to business concerns and goals, building relationships, and providing guest and customer service.

At ALLTERRAINE SERVICE LTD, I supervised housekeeping teams across different sites and trained new personnel. I assigned shifts, monitored inventory, and created training programs to improve service and performance.

I directed a team of 40 personnel across sites with five floors and several offices. I also introduced incentives and cleaning processes to support employee retention and reduce necessary man-hours.

At Morvan Hotels Group, Norfolk Lodge Hotel, I worked as a Room Attendant and trained in reception for one month. I learned to handle guest complaints, answer calls, store files, and use the protocol operating system for check-ins and check-outs.

My experience also includes room attendant work at Ishara Mara Resort and Camp, public area cleaning at Movenpick Hotels and Apartments, and uniform attendant work at Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi Kenya. I hold a Diploma in Housekeeping and laundry from Kenya Utalii College.
