What I'm looking for

I'm eager to learn company procedures, assist callers politely, and resolve customer queries effectively.

At Jahangirnagar University Cine Society, I collaborate with team members on event logistics, film screenings, and campus seminars. I also answer attendee questions, manage entry, and guide guests on-site.

In 2021, I assisted a family member with translating official workplace documents between English and Bangla. I also proofread and edited written content to help make it clear and professional.

As a Philosophy undergraduate at Jahangirnagar University, I study logic, ethics, and philosophy of language. Debate, public speaking, and creative writing have helped me practice structured communication and active listening.
