What I'm looking for

I am seeking a clinical data analyst or genomics role where I can apply my skills in the languages and tools that I have learned in a collaborative and quality-focused team.

I'm a pharmacist who is currently working as a molecular analyst at siParadigm in New Jersey with a two-week notice period, remotely. I focus on NGS (next-generation sequencing) analysis for solid tumors and liquid biopsies using Thermo Fisher Scientific tools.

Meanwhile, I defended my MSc thesis, which also focuses on NGS analysis, where I studied data analysis using R for RNA sequencing to analyze my project results that I defended a year ago.

Also, I studied SQL for data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power BI.

I'm looking to expand my experience beyond just one platform and apply my skills in the languages and tools that I have learned to real-life clinical projects!
