What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an onsite role in a regulated product-development organization where I can build and troubleshoot molecular biology, NGS, bioinformatics, and recombinant-protein workflows.

At Proteinea, I’ve led molecular biology, NGS, and genomics R&D from Illumina library preparation and sequencing through assembly, QC, annotation, strain typing, and reproducible Python and R analysis pipelines. I sequenced and analyzed more than 120 bacterial isolates end to end for a first-author genomics study.

I’ve also developed recombinant protein production in Black Soldier Fly larvae, co-invented insect-expression methods covered by a pending US patent, and built protein purification and characterization workflows that improved ranking by about 35%. I enjoy translating complex experiments into documented, GLP-ready processes while mentoring laboratory teams and collaborating with international partners.
