At Sverve Beauty, I coordinated the launch of three beauty products and integrated WATI, Shiprocket, and Shopify APIs to smooth customer-ordering and fulfilment workflows. I also analysed competitor pricing, product portfolios, and consumer shopping patterns to inform positioning.
At L&T Finance, I owned the CGTMSE integration for collateral-free SME lending, from opportunity assessment and planning through implementation. I coordinated requirements across Sales, Credit, Policy, and Compliance.
I researched more than 200 prospective locations and led the launch of more than 150 business locations across India, supporting an SME portfolio that reached INR 6,500 crore. I also developed a quantitative scoring model that contributed to more than 10 spoke-to-hub conversions.
On my Career Match AI project, I built a CV analysis product, defined its end-to-end workflow, and connected external services through APIs. I also created invoice-workflow SOPs and Process Definition Documents as a Global Accounting Intern at CrowdStrike Inc.
