I’m looking to lead cross-border IT and security, run M&A integrations, and mature GRC and AI governance for PE-backed and mid-market organizations—building modern, audit-ready programs with measurable cost and risk reduction.

I’m a Filipino-American technology and cybersecurity leader with 15 years of experience building and leading global IT organizations, cybersecurity teams, and GRC programs across PE-backed portfolios in North America, the EU, and LATAM. I focus on IT operations leadership, M&A IT and security integration, and multi-framework compliance.

Over 20+ acquisitions in 5 years, I developed and led enterprise M&A IT and security integration playbooks that reduced integration timelines from 12–24 months to 1–3 months. I routinely drive SOC/NOC and security stack adoption, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/MDR, and IAM/SSO (Okta, Azure Entra ID), with threat-informed operational security.

I’m also the kind of operator who keeps compliance “always on.” I’ve sustained continuous audit readiness across SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA, while strengthening data privacy practices under GDPR, CCPA, and the PH Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). My approach is practical: build governance that helps teams move faster without increasing risk.
