What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead education programs and operations where I can build school partnerships, strengthen student welfare and development, and drive growth through marketing, business development, and effective team leadership.

I’m an education industry professional with 20+ years in administration & operations, marketing and promotion, business development, academic/industry liaison, planning & development, and student welfare management.

As a co-founder, I design and deliver adolescent programs (offline and online) that build psychological insight and self-management, and I handhold schools to help them evolve and inspire future generations.

I’ve led admissions, staff recruitment/training, franchise development, digital marketing guidance, budgets, and campus operations—overseeing large student communities (including hostel wellbeing for 500+ boarders). I also focus on student readiness through counseling workshops, career support, and structured student cultures built around events, feedback systems, and wellbeing.
