I'm currently leading advanced infrastructure projects for managed clients at Continuous Networks, from firewall upgrades and network deployments to Microsoft 365 changes, Azure services, server migrations, and endpoint management.
I serve as the project lead for client-facing initiatives, handling scoping, planning, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-project validation. I also act as an escalation resource for complex infrastructure, security, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
Previously at Data Integrity Services, I delivered infrastructure support and projects spanning switches, firewalls, VoIP, servers, virtualization, and Azure. I led mass configuration and deployment of hundreds of firewalls, improving deployment consistency and reducing manual configuration effort.
My background includes MSP network operations, incident response, vendor coordination, technical support escalation, and training. I bring more than 10 years of hands-on experience with secure, reliable client infrastructure.
