At Questrade Financial Group, I built a full-scale replica of the production data center and made it the required validation gate for upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes. That work earned the company-wide Sunshine Seeker Award, selected from 1,135+ nominees.
I delivered 80+ firmware upgrades and 20+ hardware replacements without a service-impacting outage. I also moved a 100-user office from Palo Alto to FortiGate, converting 600 firewall policies with automation and completing the cutover without unplanned downtime.
I built Python and Ansible automation that checks 140 devices each day for routing and configuration issues, and wrote cleanup tooling to remove 10,000+ decommissioned objects and unused policies. My work also includes n8n vendor notifications and a Device42 network CMDB covering data center assets.
I owned the data center asset workstream for Questrade's SOC 2 audit, which we passed. Before Questrade, at Team Telecom Armenia, I resolved corporate network incidents as a Tier 2 escalation and helped the team reduce ticket resolution time with diagnostic procedures.
