What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations Manager with hands-on experience running restaurant teams end-to-end: scheduling, hiring and training, food quality and health & safety compliance, customer complaint resolution, inventory and ordering, budgeting, sales analysis, cost control, and maintaining cleanliness and maintenance standards.
I also work creatively as a Videographer—planning and setting up shoots, operating cameras, directing on-screen talent, and editing raw footage into polished final videos with graphics, sound effects, and music.
