At Claro AMX, I led the analytics layer of a fraud monitoring platform for Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Working with a teammate, I co-designed the platform; I led functional discovery, data source mapping, KPIs, and its Power BI analytics layer.
The platform cross-checked CDR and EDR records and replaced investigations that took weeks with responses in under two hours. Fraud fell from 40% of traffic at its peak to 20%, and teams across Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Management used its dashboards.
At Coderio, for dLocal, I manage payment reconciliations and use Looker, Simetrik, Jira, and Monday to investigate differences and document workflows. Earlier at Apex América, I created reporting and forecasts, supported commission reconciliation, and trained colleagues on database use.
