At the Laboratory of Biochemistry, Wageningen University, I developed and optimized a high-throughput protein interaction platform for my PhD research on Cysteine-rich Receptor Kinases in Arabidopsis. The work produced a large-scale protein interaction dataset supporting publication and downstream biological interpretation.
I coordinated experimental workflows over multiple years, integrating staff and student contributions, and designed physiological assays at the cell and plant level. I also advised my former group as a freelance consultant to help bring the project to completion.
My research has included protein interaction assays, molecular cloning and microscopy. During my internship at Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding and Research, I worked on mutant generation and functional complementation assays of an NLR protein, guided by a 3D structure from cryogenic electron microscopy.
