For the last two years at Dats.Team, I led a frontend team of 4–5 engineers while staying hands-on with architecture, delivery, code review, and mentoring. Before that, I rebuilt the Just Work Online Cinema Platform frontend for 1M+ monthly users and made it 1.7x faster; I also built B2B products for lending and real estate.
