I’m looking for a role where I can lead analytics delivery, build predictive and self-service platforms, and turn data into clear narratives—while mentoring teams to improve performance, engagement, and workforce outcomes.

I’m a data-driven analytics professional with 8+ YoE across Analytics, AI, and People Insights, focused on translating complex data into stories that lead to smarter business and talent decisions. I build and deliver end-to-end analytics—from predictive modeling and ETL to visualization—so stakeholders can act with confidence.

In my current role as a Senior Data Analyst, I’ve expanded the Paynext Data Platform into a self-service product, shipping 7 new areas and 63 live endpoints in a quarter, and I built a failed-payment recovery (dunning) pipeline to deliver the business’s first visibility into retry recovery rates. Before that, at Plata Card, I led the integration of AI-powered dashboards and predictive models, implemented voice and WhatsApp assistants that boosted productivity by 10x, and mentored a team of 8 analysts while delivering 200+ Tableau/SQL dashboards.
