I lead end-to-end procurement for Chint Solar Poland’s internationally project-financed infrastructure portfolio, working remotely with HQ, engineering, construction, and finance teams across countries and time zones.

As the sole procurement lead, I built the function from the ground up: sourcing processes, supplier frameworks, RFQ and tender packages, contract templates, approval routing, and spend and delivery tracking. I run competitive tenders, negotiate contracts and payment terms, manage purchase orders and expediting, and resolve delivery and claims issues.

I use dynamic cash-flow models to track committed and forecast spend by supplier and category, supporting management reporting, approvals, and risk escalation. I also support lender due diligence through procurement documentation, supplier reviews, direct agreements, security assignments, and independent technical-consultant access.

Previously, I progressed from Senior Procurement Engineer to Procurement Manager at Intec Energy Solutions, managing materials procurement across European and Turkish markets. I have delivered procurement across 13+ countries, including a 480 MWp Romanian plant, and bring a mechanical-engineering foundation to technical sourcing, tendering, and project delivery.
