Previously at Midas Service LLC, I managed purchasing for Shah Deniz 2, SCPX, and ABSHERON URF Package projects. I handled supplier selection, price negotiation, order processing, quality verification, and coordination with engineering, finance, and production teams.

I've strengthened sourcing capabilities through supplier research, localization, competitive bidding, consolidated purchasing, and vendor database development. My work focuses on competitive pricing, technical compliance, reduced lead times, and reliable domestic and international supplier coordination.

I also bring operational administration experience from IDP IELTS Test Centre, where I managed compliance, scheduling, documentation, audit records, and coordination with regional and global offices. I work in Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian, and Upper-Intermediate English.
