I'm looking for a role where I can create engaging experiences, share knowledge, build thoughtful recommendations, and support customers and teams in a service-focused environment.

I've spent 15+ years creating memorable food, beverage, and service experiences, most recently as an Educational Chef at Harmons Grocery's Cooking School.

At Harmons, I managed the department, built classes and recipes, developed curriculum, taught weekly cooking classes, created food and beverage pairings, and planned large-scale events and catering. I also handled purchasing, inventory, cost sheets, profitability plans, scheduling, and kitchen standards.

My work as a cheesemonger, bartender, deli and bakery clerk, and sales keyholder has made me especially strong at consultative recommendations, charcuterie, fresh mozzarella and pasta, specialty cocktails, customer service, and high-volume operations.
