Led development of telecom-focused real-time line testing solutions to help providers isolate customer phone line issues. Built expertise in FAST Enterprise Search and developed enterprise search proof-of-concepts, while handling requirements, architecture planning, estimation, and client support.

Architected, designed, and developed an in-house OSS/BSS solution across multiple projects (including Digital Workflow and related telecom/health offerings). Owned requirements analysis, planning, effort estimation, status reporting, full-stack development, bug fixing, peer reviews, customer management, and authored process documentation such as impact analysis and release notes.

Contributed to full-stack development for yellowpages/real-estate portal features, including analysis, design, integration, and platform setup. Developed an asynchronous C# web scraping tool for extracting data from target web sources and planned module development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance while supervising junior engineers.

Performed full-stack development and framework design for NIH grants update management, including code reviews and QA coordination. Participated in building a native parser to map Oracle Database FORMS objects to web objects and planned module development phases during testing and bug fixing.
