What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an enterprise Agile environment where I can lead QA, automate APIs/UI (JMeter/VUGen/Katalon), run performance and regression, and strengthen release/hotfix processes with clear metrics and cross-team collaboration.

I’m a QA Specialist with ~14 years of experience delivering complex manual, automation, and performance testing across web and mobile applications in Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Cards, and Payments. I work end-to-end across scope identification, estimations, requirement analysis, test design, and risk/project issue resolution within enterprise programs.

I’ve led QA initiatives as a Hotfix Coordinator, Scrum Master, and team lead—managing SIT/UAT execution, driving regression improvements, and automating APIs with Jmeter to run performance tests on Jenkins. I use tools like qTest, JIRA, and HP ALM/QC to structure test suites, link defects to tests, and send analyzed results to clients, while mentoring teams and coordinating high-stakes releases.
