What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting mental health and psychosocial wellbeing through counselling, community programs, research, and facilitation, particularly in roles serving children, adolescents, women, and diverse populations.

I've delivered individual and group psychosocial counselling at Gautam Secondary School, supporting students' emotional, behavioral, and wellbeing needs through tailored interventions, crisis support, referrals, and confidential case documentation.

My work spans school, NGO, and community mental health settings. At SAATHI, I supported trauma-informed psychosocial interventions for women surviving domestic violence, while at Sambhavya Foundation I facilitated school mental health programs, youth initiatives, and suicide-prevention awareness activities.

I've also hosted 19 episodes of The Book Talk podcast and created the mental health awareness series Ma Vitra ko Ma. With a BA in Social Work majoring in Psychology, I bring research, facilitation, communication, and community-focused practice to mental health work.
