What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting diverse communities through psychosocial counselling, mental health promotion, facilitation, and communication-focused work, while growing my research and cross-cultural communication skills.

I've delivered psychosocial counselling to students at Gautam Secondary School through individual and group sessions, assessing emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial concerns and developing tailored support strategies.

At KVEX Global, I provide communication-skills training and one-to-one sessions that help professionals build confidence, self-esteem, and everyday potential.

I've also supported trauma-informed psychosocial interventions for women survivors of domestic violence at SAATHI and helped facilitate school mental health programs with Sambhavya Foundation.

I bring a Social Work degree majoring in Psychology, research and fieldwork experience, and a commitment to making mental health conversations more accessible through facilitation, writing, voice-over work, and podcast hosting.
