My background as a registered nurse and palliative care nurse informs holistic, patient-centered care that considers both psychological and physical well-being. I use CBT, DBT, schema techniques, talk therapy, and case management to support people with mental, emotional, and behavioral conditions.

Through freelance practice since 2021, I've diagnosed diverse conditions, offered treatment recommendations, and managed cases and administrative responsibilities.
