What I'm looking for
I am a multidisciplinary engineer with M.Eng. specialization in Biomechanics and a B.Eng. in Information Systems focused on biomedical engineering. I combine formal training in mechanical and signal-processing theory with hands-on applied IT skills across Python, C, C#, Java and MATLAB.
My academic work includes deep learning for medical imaging, notably a master's thesis on hyperparameter optimisation of U-NET for 2D binary medical image segmentation, and prior research in sensitivity analysis of bioinformatics algorithms implemented in MATLAB. I have practical experience with scientific computing, signal processing, and biomedical data acquisition.
I am proficient in software development and tools relevant to medical engineering: Python (deep learning, bioinformatics), MATLAB/Octave/Scilab, LabView, SolidWorks, SQL, and embedded C; I also apply documentation and project-management principles. I am a reliable team participant, pro-active learner and strong communicator in English.
I seek to contribute meaningfully to engineering and tech ventures where I can apply medical imaging, data analysis and software engineering skills while continuing professional development in advanced computational methods.
