What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles where I can manage investigations, build training programs, strengthen compliance and public–private partnerships, and improve operational performance in mission-driven organizations.

I am a senior security and investigations professional with a 25-year career across federal law enforcement and nonprofit cyber-forensics, focused on internal investigations, compliance, ethics, and program management. I have led national and international investigations into intellectual property theft, counter-proliferation, financial crime, and cyber-enabled offenses.

As a Program Manager at the Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center and Training & Development Coordinator at the NCFTA, I designed and implemented training programs, refined investigative and analytic workflows, and forged public–private partnerships that improved information sharing and operational outcomes, including collaborations with EUROPOL and major private-sector partners.

I bring executive-level operational leadership, experience supervising multidisciplinary teams, Top Secret/SCI clearance, and a track record of improving compliance, performance measurement, and investigative effectiveness. I am committed to building capabilities that detect, disrupt, and dismantle sophisticated criminal networks.
