I’m a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant trained in administrative support, executive email and calendar management, customer support, and Excel-based reporting. I’m tech-savvy and focused on organizing workflows that keep business operations running smoothly.
In my TechCrush Academy experience, I managed executive email communication and organized calendars to support scheduling needs. I also developed SOPs to improve inventory and customer service processes, and prepared weekly performance and sales reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
