What I'm looking for

I’m looking to provide accurate, neutral Korean↔English interpretation and translation for clinical trials and patient care, upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards in teams that value cultural sensitivity, clarity, and patient safety.

I’m a U.S.-trained, Philippines-educated M.D. with 10+ years of bilingual medical communication experience, including 7 years of medical school conducted entirely in English. Through clinical clerkships across five tertiary hospitals, I developed fluency in clinical Korean and English medical terminology across virtually every specialty.

Since 2021, I’ve worked as a freelance biomedical translator translating clinical trial protocols, investigator’s brochures, informed consent forms, GMP documentation, and serious adverse event reports (Korean ↔ English). I also served as a Clinical Trial Safety Manager, communicating daily with sponsors and investigators, authoring regulatory documents (e.g., Safety Management Plans, ICFs, and SAE narratives), and supporting FDA submission workflows—guided by GCP, FDA/ICH standards, and strict neutrality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
